Privacy Policy
Version 1.0 · Effective: March 4, 2026 · Last Updated: March 4, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and protection of information by OptiMystic Holdings Inc. (“OMH,” “we,” “our”), the trustee corporation for the Soteria Covenant Trust, operating the claim package marketplace at optimh.com and optimysticholdings.com. We are committed to minimal data collection and favor cryptographic verification over retaining original materials.
2. Information We Collect
Contact & Inquiry Data: When you submit a contact form, complaint, or bid inquiry, we collect your name, email address, organization (optional), and the content of your message. This information is stored in our secure database and used solely to respond to your inquiry.
Bidding Data: If you place a bid on a claim package, we record the bid amount, bidder name, contact email, and associated claim reference. This data is necessary to administer the auction process.
Cryptographic Data: Claim packages displayed on our marketplace contain SHA-256 hashes, tribunal references, and judgment metadata. Original documents are never uploaded to or stored by our marketplace — only cryptographic attestations and metadata from the Soteria Tribunal.
Payment Information: We do not directly collect or store credit card numbers or financial credentials. Payment processing is handled by third-party processors under their own privacy policies.
Automated Processing: No human review of submitted content occurs unless required for complaint resolution. We do not employ tracking pixels, behavioral analytics, or non-essential cookies.
3. How We Use Information
Your information is used to:
- Respond to inquiries and complaints within stated timeframes
- Administer claim package auctions and bidding processes
- Send email notifications and reference confirmations (via SMTP relay)
- Verify cryptographic integrity of tribunal-issued documents
- Comply with legal and fiduciary obligations under the trust mandate
- Maintain ledger integrity and audit trails
4. Data Retention
Inquiry and complaint records are retained for the duration required to resolve the matter, plus a minimum of two (2) years for audit and compliance purposes. Bidding records are retained permanently as part of the immutable auction ledger.
Cryptographic hashes and tribunal metadata are immutable and permanent by design — they serve as the verifiable record of trust administration.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or commercially share personal data. Limited disclosure may occur to:
- Comply with applicable law or valid legal process
- Protect operational integrity and prevent abuse
- Third-party service providers operating under confidentiality obligations (e.g., email delivery, payment processing)
- The Soteria Tribunal, as required by the trust mandate
6. Security Measures
We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and append-only audit logs. All web traffic is served over HTTPS with modern TLS. No system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, but we design for trust-minimization through architectural controls rather than discretionary access.
7. Your Rights
You may:
- Request access to personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Withdraw consent for optional communications
To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. Identity verification may be required.
8. International Users
OMH operates primarily from the United States. If you are accessing our services from the European Union, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with data protection legislation, you may request a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and exercise applicable rights by contacting us.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us for immediate removal.
