Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about claim packages, bidding, and the Soteria Covenant Trust.
General
What is OptiMystic Holdings Inc.?
OptiMystic Holdings Inc. (OMH) is the trustee corporation for the Soteria Covenant Trust. We administer post-judgment claim packages originating from the Soteria Tribunal and make them available through transparent open bidding.
What is a claim package?
A claim package is a bundle of tribunal-issued documents representing an enforceable judgment. It includes the judgment itself, supporting evidence hashes, PPSA lien registrations, and Lex Nigra entity status. Acquiring a claim package transfers the secured creditor position to the buyer.
Is this legal?
Claim package administration operates under the ecclesiastical authority of the Soteria Covenant Trust and its Tribunal. PPSA lien registrations are filed under applicable provincial/state secured transactions legislation. Buyers should conduct their own due diligence and consult legal counsel as needed.
Bidding & Purchasing
How do I place a bid?
First, create a bidder account and verify your email. Then browse the marketplace, select a claim package, and submit your bid. You will receive email confirmation with a reference number. You'll also be notified if you are outbid.
Can I withdraw a bid?
No. All bids are final once submitted. Ensure you have reviewed the claim package details and conducted due diligence before bidding.
What is "Buy Now"?
Some claim packages offer a Buy Now price — a fixed amount that allows immediate acquisition, bypassing the auction. Exercising Buy Now immediately closes the auction.
What happens when I win?
The winning bidder receives an email notification. Our team will contact you within two business days to arrange payment and formal transfer of the claim package, including assignment of PPSA lien rights.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payment details are arranged directly with the Office of the Secretary following auction close. Standard methods include wire transfer and certified instruments.
Verification & Security
How are documents verified?
All documents are verified through SHA-256 cryptographic hashes. You can use our verification tools to confirm that any document matches its recorded hash in the Soteria system. This proves the document has not been altered since issuance.
What is the Lex Nigra registry?
The Lex Nigra is the Soteria Covenant Trust's entity enforcement registry. Entities may be listed at Tier 1 (Debtor), Tier 2 (Dishonored), or Tier 3 (Blacklisted) based on tribunal judgments. Claim packages include the respondent's current Lex Nigra status.
What is a PPSA lien?
A Personal Property Security Act (PPSA) lien is a legally registered secured creditor position. When you acquire a claim package, the associated PPSA lien is assigned to you, giving you a secured interest in the debtor's personal property.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We employ encryption at rest and in transit, rate limiting, security headers (CSP, HSTS), and append-only audit logs. We do not sell or commercially share personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Account & Support
Do I need an account to browse?
No. Anyone can browse the marketplace and view claim package details. An account is only required to place bids.
How do I file a complaint?
Visit our Complaints page. All complaints receive a reference number (OMH-C-XXXXX) and acknowledgment within five business days.
What jurisdictions do you operate in?
The Soteria Tribunal operates under ecclesiastical authority. PPSA liens are registered in applicable Canadian provinces and US states. The marketplace is accessible globally, but buyers are responsible for compliance with their local laws.
