How It Works
Every claim package on OMH follows a rigorous, transparent lifecycle — from initial grievance through tribunal judgment to open bidding. Two protocols govern the process:
Grievance Filed
A formal grievance is filed with the Soteria Tribunal, documenting the claim with supporting evidence and registered in the ScrollX repository.
Respondent Notified
The respondent receives formal notice of the grievance with documentation, initiating the response window per tribunal protocol.
Acknowledgment or Default
The respondent has 21 days to acknowledge the grievance. Failure to respond triggers a default judgment pathway (GRADAFAR fast track).
Mediation or Evidence
If acknowledged, cases proceed to mediation (GRADMEJFAR) or directly to evidence hearing. Mediation aims for resolution; evidence hearing proceeds if mediation fails.
Judgment Issued
The tribunal issues a binding judgment specifying the amount, type (debt, contract dishonor, or grave crime), and Lex Nigra tier classification.
Formalization & Appeal Window
The judgment is formalized with a 90-day appeal window. During this period, the respondent may challenge the judgment through proper channels.
Transfer to OMH & PPSA Lien
Once the appeal window closes, the claim is transferred to OptiMystic Holdings Inc. A PPSA-compliant lien is registered against the respondent.
Open Bidding
The claim package is listed on the OMH marketplace for transparent open bidding, with full cryptographic verification and document access.
