Complaint Resolution Process

    Submission & Acknowledgment

    Your complaint is logged and assigned a reference number. You will receive acknowledgment within 5 business days.

    Review & Investigation

    Your complaint is reviewed by the appropriate department. We may contact you for additional information.

    Resolution & Response

    A formal written response will be provided within 30 business days of submission outlining findings and any remedial action.

    Escalation

    If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may request escalation to the Soteria Covenant Trust Board of Trustees for independent review.

Notice: Submission of a complaint does not constitute a legal filing, does not toll any limitation period, and does not create any obligation beyond the internal review process described above. Complaints regarding tribunal judgments must be directed to the Soteria Tribunal through the formal appeal process. OptiMystic Holdings Inc. reserves the right to dismiss complaints that are frivolous, vexatious, or outside the scope of its mandate as trustee corporation.
